Love and Light Integrative Medicine (LALIM) is a Concierge-Like Direct Primary Care model membership and subscription-based practice.

We have removed the middle person from your care because we do not accept, nor bill, insurance for our services. We are happy to provide super bills and receipts for those who request it. It is recommended that patients have insurance coverage such as catastrophic, PPO or regular/HMO insurance, in addition to our services as this can be essential should you require specialty care or hospital procedures such as colonoscopy/surgeries etc. We have a free of charge, in-house insurance specialist who can support with insurance recommendations and enrollment for those who could benefit from this service.

You pay the monthly fee and with this you have access to many blessings and offerings! The benefit of being a member of LALIM Health is shorter wait times, longer visit times to address patient needs and an individualized/tailored approach just for you. This can save you money in the long run and provide support in optimizing health in the short and long term. Dr Soto has a limited number of membership slots as her aim is to keep her panel small in order to provide high quality and attentive care.

We partner with wholesale pharmacies for lower cost medications and with lab companies for lower prices on labs/imaging/studies.
