Opiate Medication Policy

We support patients with opioid use disorder who are interested in tapering off opioids using medication-assisted treatment.

While we are unable to provide chronic pain management with long-term opioid use, we are glad to continue caring for your other medical needs in collaboration with a pain management specialist who manages your opioid therapy.
